I can’t find the girls from this month’s magazine
We always aim to have the extended content from the magazines uploaded before the day that the magazines hit the shelves. The profiles will then be updated on the magazine section front pages. Sometimes we get a bit behind ourselves and miss the release date by a day or two, although that will soon become a thing of the past with a dedicated team being brought in to deal with the massive content upload soon to start.
How do I unlock the bonus XXX material on the DVDs from the magazines?
Once you’ve enjoyed your completely FREE movie, you can delve into the Premium XXX feature on any Paul Raymond covermounted DVD. For less than a fiver, you can watch a second adult feature on the same disc. And once you obtain your unlocking PIN, you can watch it again and again and again! How? It’s simple:
Click on PREMIUM MOVIE once you’ve watched your free film. If you want to pay by text message, you just text the keyword to the code given in the DVD menu and you’ll be texted back with the unlock code. Or, if you prefer, you can phone the automated service (also shown in your DVD menu) and you’ll be given your PIN over the phone. Either way, it costs you £4.50 – bargain!
Then you input the number you used plus your PIN, and the bonus movie magically unlocks before your eyes. Remember: the first movie will always be free, we just put the extra one on there in case you couldn’t get enough (and we know you can’t)!

How do I unsubscribe?
Make sure you are logged in. Then click 'Your Profile' on the top right of the screen. At the bottom of your profile page, there is a button that will allow you to manually unsubscribe.
We would appreciate it if you could also let us know why you are leaving. We are still building the site and are adding new features and content all of the time. Any grievances or suggestions would be earnestly appreciated.
I’m looking for the archived images from the old magazines
This content will all end up on the site. We are hiring teams of people to process all of the content going back over 10 years. For those of you who understand computer terminology, we are dealing with over 40 Terabytes of images and videos. (40TB = 40,000 GB = 40,000,000 MB. 1 CD holds about 650 MB).
I think you’ll agree that that’s worth waiting for! Also – in terms of value for money, we think you’ll be hard pressed to find that much content for such a low price.
Some if the images aren’t showing
When a new piece of content gets uploaded, the server has to process the images into formats that are suitable for the website. If a lot of content is being put up at the same time, things can slow down a little bit, so the thumbnail versions of the images won’t display.
In the majority of cases, if you wait for a short period of time, the content will all display as intended.
In some cases however, a girl’s profile will exist, but her content has been removed. There can be a number of reasons for this, but if you had made yourself a fan of the girl, if the content is allowed to go back up, the girl will contact you through the site.
