To access the Service we require payment by credit/debit card, SMS or PRS. You can pay on a trial (3 day access), monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual basis.

If you subscribe to a monthly / quarterly / six monthly payment package, a payment will be debited from your credit or debit card each month until you cancel your account.
Once cancelled your credit card will not be automatically debited to renew your membership.
 
Monthly payment by SMS: You must have the bill payer's permission and be at least 18 to use this service. This is a subscription service, you will be billed £15.00 every 30 days. Reply STOP to 89170 to cease the service. You will receive 10 messages at £1.50 per message. You must have sufficient credit otherwise you will not gain access but you may still be charged. This will cost a total of £15.00 per month.

Full Access Trial Membership


 
If you subscribe to a 3 day trial membership payment package by SMS or credit card, a One Month Full Access payment of £15.00 will be debited from your credit card or billed by SMS after the trial period, each month until you cancel your account. If you use the premium rate number to pay for the trial period you will then have to manually enter into a monthly subscription. YOU WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY SUBSCRIBED IF YOU PAY BY PREMIUM RATE TELEPHONE CALL.
 
Payment by premium rate service (£3.00): Calls cost £1.50 per minute plus network charges and will last for 2 minutes. You must stay on the line for the duration of the call or will not gain access but you will still be charged for the proportion of the call. You must be the bill payer and be over 18 to use this service. This is an adult service.
 
Payment by SMS (£3.00): You must have the bill payer's permission and be at least 18 to use this service. This is a subscription service, you will be up-graded to One Month Full Access and billed £15.00 every 30 days unless you cancel your membership within the 3 day trial period or thereafter if you cancel your account (see above for terms and conditions for the monthly membership.). Reply STOP to 89170 to cease the service. You will receive 2 messages at £1.50 per message to pay for the 3 day trial. You must have sufficient credit otherwise you will not gain access but you may still be charged for the credit that you do have. The Trial Membership by SMS will cost a total of £3.00 for 3 days access.

On subscription you will be charged £7.50 for one month access to the Jo Guest area of the site.

Further Conditions


 
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the Service will be correct, that the credit or debit card, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any subscription. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any Service.
 
To unsubscribe from any package, make sure you are logged in. Then click 'Your Profile' on the top right of the screen. At the bottom of your profile page,
there is a button that will allow you to manually unsubscribe.


Customer Refunds
To request a refund, e-mail us here (Customersupport@paulraymond.com), listing your username, e-mail address, contact telephone number and postal address including postcode. Please also write a statement explaining why you are requesting a refund.

We commit to responding with an initial response within 7 days and where refunds are confirmed, this will be repaid within 28 days.

Acceptable Use Policy 'AUP'


Non Acceptable Behaviour


Your account shall be terminated immediately and we may report you to the relevant authority if your behaviour on our website consists of any of the following:
 
  • Anything illegal and contrary to the laws of England and Wales, including (but not limited to!) the promotion, suggestion or allusion to underage sex, rape or any non consensual acts, drugs (including the misuse of prescribed medicines or the mention of Viagra and Poppers) or any other kind of illegal activity.
  • Any comments which are hateful, or racist.
  • Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards fellow members, Ops/Mods or Administration staff.
  • Excessive profanity will not be tolerated.
  • Posting a telephone number, email address or other contact information anywhere within the forum, stories section, chat room, member profile, photo ads, or any other public area.
  • Any posts on the site in any area, such as the forum, chat room or photo ads that are posted in order to exchange pictures, videos or offer photography services or similar.
  • Any commercial ads ie Escorts or any ‘pay for sex’ type services for example 0909 numbers, or pay-for ‘gangbang’ parties.
  • Offering or asking for a payment in return for sexual activities.
  • Attempts to sell a service, product or promote a business of any kind.
  • Please use user names other than real life names whilst posting on the site, people are entitled to their privacy.
  • No person is allowed to pass themself off as a different gender unless it is the case of a post operative gender realignment or part of the pre-operative legal requirements (in which case documentary evidence may be required).
  • Your account is for your use and your use only, no third party is allowed to activate or use your account without previous consent from our Admin team.
  • No selling of or providing use of your account to a third party is permitted.
  • Anything which harms or attempts to harm minors or anyone who looks under the age of 18 in any way.
  • Transmitting or procuring the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising/promotional material or any other form of spam.
  • Knowingly transmitting any data or uploading material which contains viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, key stroke loggers or any other harmful programs which could adversely affect software or hardware.
  • Infringing any copyright or other intellectual property belonging to any other person.

Photographs and Videos


The photograph / video should be mainly of the account holder(s), only non-distinguishable parts of third parties can be shown
 
Before you post a picture / video containing the part of a third party defined above, you must have the approval of that person and be able to produce it to Admin, if required. If a complaint is received from someone who claims to be in the picture / video and is not happy about it, the onus of proof of permission will be on you.
 
Photographs and videos will be deleted if they contain any of the following:
  • Anyone who looks under the age of 18
  • Contain little or nothing of the account holders
  • Children can be seen - anywhere and in any context
  • People can be seen in the background
  • Animals can be seen
  • Any contact information such as an email address or mobile/telephone number is on them
  • They are too small to be useful or if they have not been cropped correctly
  • The photo is blurred or too difficult to make out
  • They are deemed to be too obscene or inappropriate for this site

Please note repeated disregarding of these rules WILL result in your account being de-activated.
 

Enforcing the Rules


No profile shall be placed that seeks promotes or encourages any of the above.
 
The Paulraymond.com team has the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and/or delete content posted by you in accordance with our terms and conditions.
 
Failure to comply with the Paulraymond.com rules can lead to a friendly warning or a permanent ban from the site without notice depending on the severity of the offence.

About the Paulraymond.com Team


A Mod is short for ‘Moderator’; these volunteers have been recruited to help moderate this site by proving that they can act impartially and act responsibly towards others whilst upholding the AUP.

This is a legal agreement between you and www.paulraymond.com hereafter referred to as PR. You will be referred to within this agreement as a 'member'. If you agree to the terms and conditions herein you will become eligible to apply to become a PR registered member. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully.
 
If we accept you as a member you will have access to the services on the PR website.
 
YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A MEMBER UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
 
PR WILL NOT DISPLAY IMAGES OF MINORS. NOR WILL IT DISPLAY IMAGES, OR GOODS FOR SALE, THAT EITHER DEPICT OR ENCOURAGE ILLEGAL ACTS.
 
IF YOU CLICK TO AFFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN YOU ARE AGREEING TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT.
 
PR will supply access for accepted and paid up members’ access to the restricted members’ only area of the site. The member will be able to view and access sound files, picture sets, short videos, and webcam access, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
 
PR reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice.
 
PR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the site and its services without notice.
 
Should PR choose to change the terms and conditions, you, the customer, will be notified of this change, and you may close your account at any time
 
1. You agree to browse PR as a responsible adult, fully aware that adult orientated entertainment services are on offer, and at your own risk.
 
2. Privacy Policy. PR does not, and will never, share or exchange member details with any third parties other than our credit card processor.
 
3. Your Account:
   a) In order to access the services you must have paid the subscription fee. Access to the restricted area will be ceased at the end of the period for which you paid your fee.
 
   b) You are solely responsible for the security of your member account and its password. PR will not be held responsible for the use of member accounts where the account has been accessed using the appropriate security coding that is known only to the authorised member. Allowing third parties to access the site using your account will be considered a breach of this agreement and your membership terminated.
 
   c) Law enforcement agencies will be informed in the case of illegal activities of any kind whatsoever. Be advised that PR will prosecute to the full extent of the law wherever and whenever we see fit.
 
   d) In the event of additional information being required to validate your account and/or payment method, you agree to provide this information.
 

Complaints Procedure



4. Complaints, Cancellations and Refunds Procedure.
 
   a) All complaints will be thoroughly investigated by the management of PR. If it is found that the service that you have received does not reach the high standards that we as a company set, then your payment card will be refunded in full with whatever monies that you have lost. Complaints will be investigated and any monies due to be refunded within 30 days of us receiving your complaint.
 
   b) Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel this agreement.
 
Briefly however this act allows you the consumer the right to cancel this agreement by sending an e-mail to our Customer Support team at the following e-mail address:

This act is the governing principle upon which this agreement is made. It protects you the consumer from mis-selling and misrepresentation. It gives you the right of cancellation, the right of refund, and the right to expect that you will receive goods or services that have been described in detail and accurately. This act also allows you to expect that the goods or services that you receive are as described, and that you are making a considered and informed purchasing decision backed by the full weight of governing Law.
