This is a legal agreement between you and www.paulraymond.com hereafter referred to as PR. You will be referred to within this agreement as a 'member'. If you agree to the terms and conditions herein you will become eligible to apply to become a PR registered member. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully.
 
If we accept you as a member you will have access to the services on the PR website.
 
YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A MEMBER UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
 
PR WILL NOT DISPLAY IMAGES OF MINORS. NOR WILL IT DISPLAY IMAGES, OR GOODS FOR SALE, THAT EITHER DEPICT OR ENCOURAGE ILLEGAL ACTS.
 
IF YOU CLICK TO AFFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN YOU ARE AGREEING TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT.
 
PR will supply access for accepted and paid up members access to the restricted members only area of the site. The member will be able to view and access sound files, picture sets, short videos, and webcam access, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
 
PR reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice.
 
PR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the site and its services without notice
 
Should PR choose to change the terms and conditions, you, the customer, will be notified of this change, and you may close your account at any time
 
1. You agree to browse PR as a responsible adult, fully aware that adult orientated entertainment services are on offer, and at your own risk.
 
2. Privacy Policy. PR does not, and will never, share or exchange member details with any third parties other than our credit card processor.
 
3. Your Account.
 
a)In order to access the services you must have paid the subscription fee. Access to the restricted area will be ceased at the end of the period for which you paid your fee.
 
b)You are solely responsible for the security of your member account and its password. PR will not be held responsible for the use of member accounts where the account has been accessed using the appropriate security coding that is known only to the authorised member. Allowing third parties to access the site using your account will be considered a breach of this agreement and your membership terminated.
 
c)Law enforcement agencies will be informed in the case of illegal activities of any kind whatsoever. Be advised that PR will prosecute to the full extent of the law wherever and whenever we see fit.
 
d)In the event of additional information being required to validate your account and/or payment method, you agree to provide this information.
 
 
Complaints Procedure.
 
4. Complaints, Cancellations and Refunds Procedure.
 
a) All complaints will be thoroughly investigated by the management of PR. If it is found that the service that you have received does not reach the high standards that we as a company set, then your payment card will be refunded in full with whatever monies that you have lost. Complaints will be investigated and any monies due to be refunded within 30 days of us receiving your complaint.
 
b) Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel this agreement.
 
Briefly however this act allows you the consumer the right to cancel this agreement by sending an e-mail to our Customer Support team at the following e-mail address customersupport@paulraymond.com
 
This act is the governing principle upon which this agreement is made. It protects you the consumer from mis-selling and misrepresentation. It gives you the right of cancellation, the right of refund, and the right to expect that you will receive goods or services that have been described in detail and accurately. This act also allows you to expect that the goods or services that you receive are as described, and that you are making a considered and informed purchasing decision backed by the full weight of governing Law.
